You find businesses that could use one of our products, add them as a lead, and introduce them using your personal referral code. When a business you brought in becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission.

Yes. Creating a partner account is free. No contract, no monthly fee, no minimum.

No. The Sales Academy gives you scripts, templates and simple guides. Experienced sellers can start right away; beginners are guided step by step.

Within minutes. After you sign up and complete your verification, you can add your first lead and start.

Verification keeps the platform safe and prevents fraud. It confirms that every partner is a real person before they start bringing in leads and earning.

Before you upload your first lead. Verification is quick (about 2 minutes) and is handled by a trusted external provider — we never store your ID documents ourselves.

Every partner gets a unique referral code. Customers enter it when they create a PrimoRoute account and again at checkout as a discount code. They get 5% off, and the sale is credited to you.

A lead is a business you want to bring in. You add it from your dashboard in under a minute — just a few basic details about the company.

Company name, contact person, phone number, email address, country and industry.

When you add a company, it becomes yours. From that moment, no other partner can work on that same company while it's reserved for you.

7 days. If no sale is made in that time, the company returns to the pool and becomes available to other partners.

Each company can only be claimed once. If it's already taken, you'll be told, and you can spend your time on other businesses instead.

It depends on your partner level: Bronze 5 per day, Silver 15, Gold 30, and Platinum unlimited.

You earn a commission whenever a business you introduced becomes a paying customer with your referral code.

Your Commissions page shows exactly what you earn for every product, package and contract length — based on your current partner level. Higher levels earn more per sale.

You're paid automatically on the 28th of every month, worldwide. There is nothing to request — every commission approved during the month is included in that month's payout.

Yes. Primo Sales Team pays partners around the world, wherever you are.

You're responsible for declaring your own income in your country, like any independent partner. We don't withhold tax — you simply receive your commission.

Partner levels reward you as you grow. Every partner starts at Bronze, and higher levels unlock higher commissions and higher daily lead limits.

By completing successful sales: 5 sales unlocks Silver, 15 unlocks Gold, and 50 sales after reaching Gold unlocks Platinum (by invitation).

A higher commission on every sale and more leads you can add per day. The more you sell, the more each future sale is worth.
